Guide to EEK dash clusters, swaps, etc
L bodies:
1981-1990 Dodge Omni, 1981-1989 Plymouth Horizon, 1982-1984 Dodge Rampage/Plymouth Scamp
The L-bodies used a few clusters.
The 1990 cluster (Omni) uses a CCD bus (no speedo cable). There is no BCM, however the CCD signal is supplied by the SBEC. Here is the analog 1990 cluster:
