This was originally written by Nick Boers and found at Harv's site, I have it here just so its easier for people to find. I did not write this, have not yet tested it and claim no rights to its contents.

Take the TPS off the TB. Now using a drill bit that is the same size as the original bolt hole, drill a hole counter-clockwise from the hole.

Connect original hole and new hole, repeat for 2nd hole.

Put TPS back on TB, in the original position.

Connect wires and let motor idle.

Losen the bolts and move the top of the sensor trowards the front of the engine bay.

When idle goes crappy, back the TPS up a bit and tighten down the bolts.
