Different Wood Grain

The AC/AYs came with several different interior trim woodgrains depending what model you got.

The Dynasty had a flat Pine/Oak woodgrian
The New Yorker/5th Ave had a gloss cherry woodgrain
The Imperial had a gloss mahogoney woodgrain

To swap woodgrains, you have to find a car with the style you want.

From there, you must pull the:
-Dash woodgrain/Benzel
-Door woodgrains
-Passenger Dash woodgrain

The Imperial only has woodgrain on the top half of the dash benzel, and also has different interior trim- the only woodgrain from the Imperial which you can install on a Dynasty is that upper half dash benzel.

That leaves the New Yorker/5th Aves for the rest.

The dash benzels will pry apart so you can replace the woodgrain without replacing the colored plastic backing.

The passenger side dash woodgrain pops in and out of the dash (use a screwdriver to pry out).

The door woodgrain must be epoxied on. Make SURE you prep the surfaces well (sanding etc) or you will have trouble keeping it on.

The rear door woodgrain, if your replacement is coming from a 5th Ave, must be cut to fit the Dynasty's smaller rear doors.
