Headliner Replacement.

As cars age, the headliners will often go. There is little as annoying as a saging headliner resting on your head as you drive around town. This is especially the case if you're tall and the cloth is covering your eyes. 'course sometimes this cloth is replaced due to abuse from the prior owner (cigar smoke damage, etc), stains from water leaks by the windshield, etc.

So naturally, you can rip out that headliner, and leave it at that, or replace it. If you care about your car's looks, I'd bet you want to replace it. Luckilly, its not that bad of a job.

You basically remove any trim in the way of the headliner cloth. This reveals the cardboard covered with the cloth. This can be pulled down off the roof, and can be bent slowly to fit out the doors. Once outside the car, you basically remove the cloth, foam, adhessive, and basically get down to the bare, smooth cardboard.

Then you simply buy some headliner material at a clothing store or auto store, along with some 3M foam adhessive. Bond the stuff to the cardboard, put it all back together, and your done.

Takes less then a day, and will certainly make up for the work and cost when you can drive around again without having to worry about the cloth covering your eyes!
